under which Pressure will acquire privately held MMACanada.net, the
leading Canadian provider of on-line content for the sport of mixed
martial arts. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
MMACanada.net, based in Toronto, is a formidable addition to
Pressure’s business strategy. The acquisition will extend Pressure’s
machismo marketing capabilities and further it’s reach of the 18-35
demographic. MMACanada.net is not only the fastest growing website
dedicated to mixed martial arts in Canada, but also prides itself in
